when my son was five years old, unfortunately, he was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity (celiac). Then I researched for a gluten-free, Nutritious and healthy diet, at the same time, I helped my husband in his restaurant business, this was when I discovered the natural way of growing mushrooms and their health benefits while meeting the restaurant’s grocery needs. I decided to research organic mushroom farming and decided to start with oyster mushrooms cultivation, because of their health benefits as they are medicinal mushrooms and my passion for nutritious food and sustainable living I chose the mushroom farming business. I undertook training in Himachal and decided to kick start mushroom cultivation. With the help of my husband I started the mushroom farm in 2019 and took along our kids and gave them practical knowledge about the cultivation of oyster mushrooms. Then COVID time started and my husband joined me full-time, in lockdown time everything was closed, so we decided to start an online training program for the farmers and people who wants to start their mushroom cultivation farm. In Feb. 2021 we launched our Vegan & Gluten-free oyster mushroom-based healthy food products and stopped the cultivation part, now we procure the dried mushrooms from our trainees and hire rural women to make the handmade products at our unit.

About their Unique Products 

Oyster Mushrooms are super food, rich in Vitamins, Minerals, Protein, Thiamin, B6, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc and Manganese, and great source of Dietary, Fiber, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Phosphorus, Potassium and Copper. Consumption of oyster mushroom may decrease the risk of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, obesity, and increase the immunity system of the body. Dried Oyster mushrooms have a shelf life of up to 1 year (12 months) and can be used as a replacement for fresh mushrooms in most recipes. Natural Sun Dried Oyster Mushrooms, which are grown without using harmful chemical. Oyster Mushrooms are grown on agriculture substrate and are 100% vegetarian product.

Mushrooms are a great addition to the diet for vegans and vegetarians they are one of the few non-animal sources of Vitamin D and they also contain vitamins and wearing amount of fibre and protein and mushrooms are a versatile cooking ingredient that can be eaten a number of different ways.
