We at WudBox assert our intentions to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, we look forward to extend our extensive support at all times to guarantee quality of products bought at our website and app. In case the product is not the same as the product shown on the website or is damaged, we offer returns on the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in the original condition. Following are our simple policies regarding returns:
- Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- The Wudbox Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will discuss regarding a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Invoice. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
- Once your return has been authorized, you will have to keep the product in properly packed position along with the original invoice.
- Our Return Shipping Partner shall then pick up the product/s and deliver to us.
- On receiving the product, we’d be happy to process your refund in the form of an equivalent number of “Reward Points” that you can utilize for your future purchase from Wudbox. You will receive the Reward Points within 2-5 working days after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
- If you wish to receive the refund directly into your bank account, we would require your Account Name, Account Number and IFSC Code to make the transfer.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.

- Please note that if you wish to return a product for any reason not mentioned in point 12, the cost of the courier shall be borne by you. We shall refund the amount minus Rs. 200/- (adjusted towards COD, shipping and bank charges).
- Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective/Damaged Product
- Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
- Wrong Color/ Size/ Style
- Incorrect Quantity
- Wrong Product Delivered
- Part of Product is missing
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Consumable Product
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
- Damaged products reported after 2 days.
- Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
- Product is used or worn or altered.
- Product on Sale.
- If it is specifically mentioned on any product.
- Categories not eligible for Return:
- Customized Products
- Perishables including Edibles, Drinks etc.
