WudBox’s policies and rules are the common guidelines that create a safe, trusted and fair trading environment for all. To promote a safe and trusted trading environment, WudBox enforces these polices and rules.

  • User agreement: This is the most important policy and rule document. All members are responsible for reviewing and understanding WudBox’s policies and all applicable laws and regulations contained in this legal contract.
  • Rules for Everyone: General policies applying to all members, employees and buyers. This section includes rules that protect your privacy and your identity. Learn more about issues like the use of profanity, unsolicited email (spam) etc.
  • Prohibited and Restricted Items: There are many items that are restricted to sell online at WudBox, such as liquor, adult content/material, banned items such as ivory etc. Find out in our comprehensive list of banned and restricted items.
  • Keyword Spamming Policy: This policy is designed to restrict merchants not to abuse brand names as keywords in product listings to drive attention.
  • Links Policy: This policy is designed to restrict merchants to inappropriately add links in its product listings or online storefront to move traffic away from WudBox.
  • Rules about Intellectual Property:WudBox has zero tolerance for any intellectual property violations. Please notify us in case any violation has occurred withour knowledge and we will take appropriate action as soon as possible.

The main policies that we have are as follows:


  • Manufacturer’s or Seller’s warranty (wherever applicable)
  • Brand new products (except Refurbished & Unboxed Gadgets)
  • Products are sourced from the authorized distributors of the brand

Customers’ Personal Data Secured
All Online Transactions are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer)

    • Return/ Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within 10 days of receiving the Product.
    • Refund or Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving of the product
    • Replacement will depend upon the availability of the product
    • In case the product was damaged while in your possession, Wudbox will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement
    • Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages have to be returned within 2 days of receiving the product.
    • Order Replacement can be done in following cases:
    • Wrong Size/ Colour/ Style/ Quantity
    • Missing Parts/ Accessories
    • Defective/ Damaged (if not under Manufacturer’s Warranty*)
    • Not as per description
    • Return Package should have the original Price tag and Packaging slip
    • Few products are Non-Returnable. Please refer to the product page for further reference
    • * For Manufacture Warranty Products, you are required to visit the Brand Service Centre.

All our sellers go through a screening process, and sign terms & conditions agreement laid by our team, which certifies them to sell on WudBox.


The delivery of an order may take 5-8 business days from the date of confirmation. The estimated delivery timeframe is mentioned on the product pages. However, actual delivery time depends upon availability of product with the merchant, shipping address, courier company’s guidelines or any other circumstances

    • Shipping charges may be applicable on few products
    • No two promotions can be combined
    • Any product purchased during special promotions cannot be returned or replaced
    • WudBox reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion
    • Any fraudulent activities that may include creation of duplicate accounts, aliasing or violation of terms & conditions will lead to order cancellation
